Yes. The layout is quoted around the available footprint, stored items or equipment, shelf spacing, mounting surfaces, access, finish, and documented load requirements.
Can metal frames be combined with wood or other shelf surfaces?
Yes. ASB can fabricate the metal frame and supports around the specified shelf or top material. Supply, finishing, and installation of nonmetal surfaces are included only when written into the quote.
Are custom shelves or racks automatically load rated?
No. Required loads, anchorage, deflection criteria, facility requirements, and any engineering or code responsibilities must be documented. No rating, pallet-rack approval, or certification is implied by a general fabrication quote.
